Colours of Change: A Perimenopause Wellness & Painting Event

Explore perimenopause through wellness, painting, and meaningful conversations in a welcoming space for women to learn, create, and connect. Join Sakeenah Canada on November 19 at The Souk for a wellness and painting experience where you can learn, connect, and explore perimenopause in a safe, supportive, and creative space. Led by Amber Khan, MPH, Public Health Researcher at Women’s College Hospital, and Shamyle Khan, MS, Clinical Psychology and Mental Health Program Manager at Sakeenah Canada, this gathering is an opportunity to ask questions, share experiences, and gain insights into navigating perimenopause in a welcoming and judgment-free environment. Come for the conversation, stay for the creativity, and leave feeling more informed, supported, and connected. 🩵 Please note that this is a women's-only event. Refreshments will be served.
