Rooted & Receptive

A Full Moon Somatic Yoga + Sound Healing Experience As the October Full Moon rises, you’re invited to slow down, soften and return to yourself. Rooted & Receptive is a 90-minute immersive experience weaving together gentle somatic movement, grounding yoga, meditation, restorative shapes and the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls. This is a space to step away from the noise and reconnect with your body — to explore what feels steady, what you're ready to release, and what you're ready to make space for. Through movement, stillness, breath and sound, we'll move from doing into being, holding into releasing, and striving into receiving. ✨ No experience necessary. ✨ All bodies and levels welcome. ✨ Come exactly as you are. Your invitation: What can you release when you no longer need to hold it all? Come root down. Soften. Receive.
