A Space to Exhale: Breathwork + Sound Bath in Ottawa

A 3-hour guided experience with grounding movement, conscious connected breathwork, immersive sound bath, reflection and connection. For a few hours, you do not have to be the one doing, managing, holding, or figuring everything out. A Space to Exhale is a three-hour in-person experience created for anyone who has been feeling full, stretched, busy, disconnected, or simply in need of some space for themselves. For one afternoon, you do not need to be productive. You do not need to arrive calm. You do not need to know how to meditate or have any previous experience with breathwork. You can simply arrive as you are. We will begin with mindful movement and grounding, giving your body time to arrive before moving into a guided conscious connected breathwork journey. The breathwork will unfold gradually. You will be supported in finding your own rhythm, listening to your body, and choosing what feels right for you throughout the experience. After approximately one hour of breathwork, you will be invited to rest into an immersive sound bath, allowing the body to settle, enojoy the vibration and integrate. From there, we will move into quiet reflection and journaling, followed by an optional opportunity to connect and share before we close the afternoon together. Three hours. No pressure to perform. No expectation to have a breakthrough. Just space to breathe, feel, rest and reconnect. You may leave feeling a little more grounded, a little more spacious, and a little more connected. A little more about the experience Breathwork can meet each person differently. You may notice relaxation, energy, emotion, physical sensations, clarity, stillness, or something entirely different. There is no “right” experience to have. Throughout the session, you are always welcome to slow your breathing, return to your natural breath, pause, rest, or choose not to participate in any particular part of the experience. Before attending Because conscious connected breathwork is not appropriate for everyone, each participant will complete a brief health screening and informed consent form before the event. If the information provided indicates that this particular breathwork experience is not appropriate for you, we will contact you directly and arrange a refund. Tickets are otherwise non-refundable but may be transferred to another person, provided the new participant completes the required health screening and consent form before attending. This is a community wellness experience offered outside the scope of psychotherapy. It is not psychotherapy, and psychotherapy receipts will not be issued.
