Monthly mingle to make friends with locals, support a local business, and benefit a special cause! More Than a Meetup 🎉 Giving back to others is a core part of our business philosophy, and one way we give back is by making a monthly donations to Project Be Kind, a community-driven initiative built on a simple belief: small acts of kindness can make a meaningful difference. Since July 2022, Project Be Kind has hosted monthly birthday celebrations for children and families staying at Red Door Family Shelter in Toronto. Each month, the shelter sends a birthday wish list with the ages, interests and specific gift wishes of those celebrating. Our team then brings the party to life — complete with birthday cake, personalized gifts for each celebrant, loot bags, decorations, activities and everything needed to make the day feel special. Donations to Project Be Kind go directly toward keeping the party going, from purchasing the requested gifts to covering the cake, supplies, and little extras that make each birthday memorable. At its heart, Project Be Kind is about creating moments of joy and making sure that, even during a difficult chapter, everyone deserves to feel celebrated on their birthday. --------- The goal for these meetups is to connect an intimate group of 20 people or less in a fun, low stress environment, while supporting a local venue and cause! Make a new friends or business collaborator here! These outings are intended to help people make friends.
