Nervous System Regulation - Baby and me Workshop

Together, we'll explore how your baby's nervous system is constantly taking cues from yours, and how small shifts in your own body can help both of you feel more settled. We'll also ease into gentle, accessible movement with your baby on the mat. No yoga experience is needed. Who can participate: Parents and caregivers with infants 2–18 months. When: Wednesday, November 11th, 2026 from 1:30pm–2:45pm Where: 333 Churchill Avenue North, Ottawa The workshop takes place in the Resource Centre of Children's Village of Ottawa-Carleton, located at the back of our building. You can access this entrance on foot through the employee parking lot. What to bring: Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket for your baby. We may have extra mats available if needed. Let us know ahead of time and we'll do our best to accommodate. Don't worry if you arrive a little late or need to leave early. We want everyone to feel comfortable moving at their own pace. Parking note: Please note that there is no parking available on site.
