Sound Healing + Activation

An evening of presence through sound immersion- to bring clarity, grounding, make space and let go. Join us for a night to calm and relax your nervous system while activating your body's own intelligence for healing through sound... This unique experience combines various forms of energetic healing to support the group both as individuals and as a collective. Kristina + Hanú open the space and listen to what wants to come through. As you lie back and relax, you are guided into deeper presence with yourself. Instruments and voices are used to call in and direct energy to wherever needs healing. We will create the space needed for your mind, body, and spirit to clear blocks and stuck energies, align your chakras, activate power centres and leave you feeling lighter and more open for your life. Gather in our cozy loft space, rest on your mat, and allow the energy and frequency to unblock, attune and activate your own energy to flow with more ease. Whatever comes through is meant specifically to those registered, and it's different every time. You may hear different voices, sounds and messages… they are all healing frequencies for healing and support. Along with singing, messages and teachings are often relayed to the group. The beautiful thing about energy work is that it transcends time and space, meaning that you can be anywhere and still fully receive healing energies. While we have a small number of in-person spaces available to join us here in Edwards, you may also join via Zoom. Please make sure you select the correct ticket! Some people share they have experienced: -Moving through blocks or that “stuck” feeling -Calm and Reset -Nervous System support -Feeling lighter and clearer -Powerful visions -Acceptance and understanding -Feeling deeply connected *FOR THOSE JOINING ONLINE* While you can be busy multitasking, or not even on the live call*, it is preferred that you are so that you can deepen your own awareness... and just take 60 mins to relax! With that being said, know that once you are registered, your healing will reach you. No need to worry about missed times, or kids running around. You will be muted and your camera can be off, so please know that you are welcome as you are. A zoom link will be emailed to you upon registration, please remember to check your junk/other folder. Take advantage of this time if you can to find a quiet spot to sit comfortably or lie down. Hope to see you there! xo Kristina *Please note that there will be no refunds. If you cannot make the call, your healing will still take place. It is recommended that you are present so you can deepen your own awareness, however, it is not necessary.
