Wellness Gathering - Heat, Leaves & Deep Release

Discover the art of Venik: a traditional sauna ritual using birch branches, heat, and rhythm to restore body, breath, and nervous system. Join me for an intimate evening of heat, herbs, and deep restoration at Agape Gardens. On Friday, October 23, from 7 PM to 10 PM, I will guide a traditional Venik Sauna Ritual, inspired by ancient Eastern European sauna traditions where heat, plants, and rhythmic movement come together to support the body’s natural ability to release and reset. Through rising steam, aromatic infusions, birch and botanical veniks, rose petals, and a grounding coffee body scrub, we’ll move through a gentle rhythm of heat and rest. Each round invites the nervous system to soften, circulation to awaken, and the body to reconnect with its natural state of balance. Between sauna rounds, you’re invited to unwind in our Wild Spa. Soak in the wood-fired hot tub, relax in the gazebo, or gather around the fire pit. Sip herbal tea, hydrate, and enjoy moments of quiet reflection or meaningful conversation. With only six guests, the evening remains intimate, allowing space for presence, relaxation, and connection. This gathering is an invitation to slow down, care for your body, and experience the deep ritual of sauna in a mindful and supportive environment.
