EMPOWERED WOMEN'S SUMMIT

A free women’s summit featuring expert speakers, practical self-defence, personal safety, legal awareness, resilience and empowerment. Welcome to the Empowered Women's Summit! On Saturday, October 17th, get ready for an inspiring day dedicated to building confidence, strength, and resilience. Join us for a dynamic lineup of expert speakers, hands-on self-defence training, practical safety strategies, and empowering discussions designed to help you feel stronger, safer, and more confident in every aspect of life. Whether you're looking to learn new skills, connect with an amazing community of women, or invest in your personal growth, the Empowered Women's Summit is an experience you won't want to miss. Come prepared to learn, be inspired, and leave feeling truly empowered! In addition to an incredible lineup of speakers and workshops, attendees will have the opportunity to win exciting prizes through our free raffle draws held throughout the day. While the hands-on self-defence workshops are exclusively for women, we warmly welcome fathers, brothers, husbands, spouses, partners, family members, friends, and other supporters to attend the lecture portion of the summit. By learning together, we can all play a role in creating safer communities, supporting the women in our lives, and fostering confidence, awareness, and empowerment. Even though we strongly encourage the ladies in attendance to take part in the physical self-defence seminars after the lecture portion of the day, they are more than welcome to just watch or take part at the level they feel comfortable with.
