---- Description (EN): Think you have a good schmooze game? Not afraid of performing in front of crowds? Are you a devious minded hacker?Well do we have the perfect thing for you! That's right! The Social Engineering Capture The Flag contest is back for its third run! Hackers go into a soundproof booth and cold call their target company, hoping to stripmine data from them over the phone. The more data points you get, the higher your score. The next day we switch it up, and the contestants come back and this time are assigned another target, and are given an hour to work with the SE Village's attendees to collect as much OSINT as possible. Then its back in the booth to phone more strangers. We made the front pages last year, let's see if we can rock the boat again this year! Registration Forms: To participate YOU MUST fill the forms at: https://hackfest.ca/en/ctfs/se Note: Entrants agree to divulge any conflict of interest with respect to their assigned target. Additionally, entrants agree to refrain from notifying any company that they have been selected as a target by the contest organizers. To prevent no-shows, all contestants must pay a registration fee, refundable after the competition.
