ALO BLOOR STREET: WELLNESS WALK

Step into presence with this ALO Mental Health Walk — a guided, mindful walk designed to slow you down, ground you in your body, and reconnect you with yourself. This experience isn’t about distance or pace, but about intention, breath, and awareness as we move together with care. Led by Karina Vee, guests are invited to tune into their breath, notice the rhythm of their steps, and move as a form of meditation. The walk closes with a grounding moment of gratitude, encouraging you to carry that sense of self-love and compassion with you long after the walk ends. All are welcome — whether this is your first mindful movement experience or part of your regular practice. Come in your favorite ALO, take a deep breath, and let each step be an act of self-care.
