Full description from organizerShow less
BLACKOUT is a deeply restorative BMS experience combining supported yoga with live, low-frequency drone guitar. A restorative yoga class for bodies that need to slow down and ears that need something heavy. Settle into restful poses as live drone guitar and crystal bowl vibrations fill the room. Blankets, bolsters, darkness and vibration create a fully immersive environment designed to pull you out of your head and into your body. Expect deep stretches, long holds, breath work and a deeper state of rest and presence. Low frequencies. Long holds. Deep rest. Drone guitar performed by Edgar Tellez Restorative Yoga and additional sound by Alaina Galati
