Fast & Curious: September Fast, baby!

This is not an in-person event. We’ll each be moving through our regular day, checking in through the group chat and knowing there are a bunch of other curious humans doing it alongside us. There is also no gold star for fasting the longest. You get to choose the length of fast that feels appropriate for you. Maybe that’s 14 hours, 16, 18, or longer. The intention is to explore, learn how your body responds, and build a relationship with fasting over time rather than racing toward a particular number. We’ll be exploring fasting primarily through an estrogen-dominant lens, including learning about how fasting may be adapted around hormonal cycles. All genders are very welcome to join us. **And an important note: I am not a doctor or fasting expert. I’m learning and experimenting alongside you. This group is for community and accountability, not medical advice. Please listen to your body, trust your own judgment, and seek guidance from a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate.
