Fluid Foundations with NINI

Join us for an energizing and confidence-building pole dance class designed to be welcoming, fun, and accessible for all levels. Whether you’re brand new or have some experience, you’ll be guided through foundational movements and playful combinations in a supportive, beginner-friendly environment. This session focuses on building strength, coordination, and body awareness while encouraging you to explore movement in a way that feels empowering and enjoyable. Important Information: All participants will be required to sign a movement waiver and consent form upon registration. This includes acknowledgment of the equipment and studio conditions. Please note that participants must be comfortable being filmed, as portions of the session will be recorded for certification exam purposes. Limited capacity: Only 6 spots available. Depending on attendance, participants may be required to share a pole.
