In the event of unforeseen cancellations, Oceanic Entertainment Inc. reserves the right to reschedule or determine refunds at its sole discretion. If mechanical or safety issues arise, and the captain deems it safe, the event may proceed dockside. Under these circumstances, no refunds will be issued. Entry and Exit Policy Entry will be denied to intoxicated individuals, even with a valid ticket. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
