Through intuitive movement, dance, and elemental rhythms, you’ll awaken energy, shake off tension, and reconnect with your body’s natural wisdom - moving in your own way, at your own pace. From there, you’ll be guided into a transformative SOMA Breath® journey led by Esther Willinger (Healiem). Using conscious rhythmic breathing, meditation and immersive sound, this practice helps calm the nervous system, release stored emotional tension, and create space for clarity and insight. Together, movement and breath create a powerful arc: Activation → Release → Integration You'll leave feeling lighter, clearer, grounded, and deeply connected to yourself.
