Toronto, get ready to sweat, dance, and mingle - all in one night. MotionHaüs brings together a high-energy workout and a live DJ social under one roof at Philosophy Fitness. Expect a hard, exciting, and genuinely fun class, coached by two of Philosophy Fitness's top instructors, followed by good music, cold juice, and a room full of people who just earned it. The Night: • 7:00 PM — Doors open • 7:30 PM — Workout begins, coached by Karley Gatta and Andrew Smith • 8:30 PM — Workout wraps, live DJ kicks off the social • Post-workout — Well juices provided, mingle and recover • Closing sets — Tequila Sunset and KL0NE take you through to the end of the night • 10:30 PM — Music ends • 10:45 PM — Doors close What to Expect: This workout is beginner friendly - no experience necessary, just bring your energy. Wear indoor gym shoes. Come ready to work, because we're bringing the intensity. Stick around after for the workout challenge - one lucky winner takes home a full case of Well protein juices. Good to Know: Shower facilities are available on-site, but limited in number. If you're planning to stay for the social right after class, we'd suggest coming prepared to either shower quickly or hang in your workout gear - either way, the vibe will be worth it.
