The walk club is all about exploring the many ways we can nourish. I am a community-builder, Brand Marketer, Holistic Health Guide, and Nutritionist. I love being outdoors, reminding folks to breathe deep, problem-solving, being curious about our food system and food activism, and restoring the nervous system. I’ve walked and hugged many trees; I can’t wait to guide you.
