Run + Mobility - Breast Cancer Fundraiser

Let’s move our bodies for a good cause, shall we? 🎀 On September 30th at 6PM, I’m bringing the community together for a special run + mobility class in support of breast cancer research, in partnership with CIBC Run for the Cure. This event is about more than just getting a workout in. It’s about using movement to come together, raise awareness, and make a difference for those affected by breast cancer. We’ll kick things off with a 30-minute run, followed by a 40-minute mobility class designed to move, stretch, reset, and leave you feeling good. And because what’s a workout without a little something extra… there will be some goodies waiting for you at the end! 🩷 The event is 100% donation-based, with all donations going toward breast cancer research. Every contribution, big or small, helps support the work being done to better understand, prevent, detect, and treat breast cancer. The larger CIBC Run for the Cure takes place on October 4th, and this event is my way of helping bring even more awareness to the cause and encouraging our community to get involved, get moving, and give what they can. Whether you’re a runner, a mobility star, or simply want to show up and support an important cause you are more than welcome.
