For Pluto Members + their guests. Bring a friend, meet someone new, or just come eat with us. THE MENU: Lemongrass & Herbs 🌿🍚Bright, fresh, and a little bit fiery — just how the end of the week should feel. 🍗🌱 Vietnamese Lemongrass Chicken (or Tofu) Vermicelli Bowl Grilled lemongrass chicken or tofu over rice vermicelli, topped with quick-pickled carrot, cabbage, bell pepper, and plenty of fresh herbs — produce courtesy of Merkaba Acres 💚 Vegan/vegetarian option available. Choose your sauce:🥜 Thai Satay Sauce (Vegan/Vegetarian) — peanut, coconut milk, red curry paste, and lime🌶️ Nuoc Cham (Contains Fish Sauce) — Merkaba Acres' hot pepper and garlic, with lime and fish sauce Since we have limited dishes and cutlery on site, if you can, please bring your own plate/bowl/takeout container + cutlery to help us keep things simple and low-waste. 🌱 DIETARY NEEDS We’ll share each week’s menu and any dietary options in advance. Because these dinners are intentionally simple and affordable, we may not be able to accommodate every dietary restriction. If the meal doesn’t work for you, bring your own food and join us anyway. It's about eating together. 🪐 AFTER DINNER Help us clear the table and reset the space, then stick around for whatever is happening at Pluto that evening. On quieter Fridays, we might watch a movie, play something, or just keep hanging out. 🍽️ COMMUNITY MEAL All Pluto Members + their guests are welcome to join. You only pay if you’re eating from the communal meal. You are also welcome to bring a side, dessert, drink, or anything else to share potluck-style. Totally optional. 🫶 WANT TO COOK?
