In the culinary world, truffles are known as the diamonds of the kitchen — rare, luxurious and truly exquisite. Arrive to a cocktail in hand and a selection of truffle canapés, each crafted to showcase the distinctive flavour and elegance of this prized ingredient, paired with cocktails and wine throughout the evening. The evening also includes a live pizza masterclass, where you'll watch our chef, Hajira Ahmad, create her signature truffle pizza. We finish with a short presentation on the mystical and elusive world of truffle hunting, followed by a Q&A session and a final pairing of Italian triple brie with truffle honey.
