Tickets are limited and priced at $125+ HST and Eventbrite processing fees About the Winery Les Domaines Paul Mas was first established in 1892, with the acquisition of the Mas family’s first vineyard made by Auguste Mas. The territory has 15 Châteaux across 21 appellations, cultivating and nurturing 45 mainly indigenous grape varieties. The winery has been awarded 800 Gold Medals in the past two decades. 30% of Domaines Paul Mas vineyards are organic and 80% are certified Terra Vitis. In 2020, Les Domaines Paul Mas was named European Winery of the Year by Wine Enthusiast. About the Winemaker Jean-Claude Mas has always followed his curiosity. Born into the vineyards of the Languedoc, he once dreamed of becoming a Formula 1 driver; today, that same instinct for high velocity, precision and discovery finds its greatest expression in wine. He founded Domaines Paul Mas in 2000, transforming his family’s winemaking heritage into a modern vision of the Languedoc. His wines combine the richness and character of the South of France with an open, adventurous spirit; what he calls “Luxe Rural”: tradition and innovation brought together to create wines that are generous, expressive and made above all for pleasure. The Chef’s House is a one-of-a-kind student-operated restaurant in Canada, located in the heart of downtown Toronto. It’s an innovative, student-focused concept restaurant, where George Brown Centre for Hospitality & Culinary Arts (CHCA) students have the opportunity to learn through experience. Students are mentored by dozens of professional staff, using their skills to provide elevated dining experiences to guests for real-world experience and education. Students from all over the world attend George Brown College for this exclusive program, building the next generation of hospitality and culinary talent.
