Your Chef: Bruno Feldeisen On the menu tonight: Ricotta Gnocchi with Basil Tomato Sauce Pillowy, melt-in-your-mouth ricotta dumplings pillowed in a bright, slow-simmered tomato sauce infused with fresh sweet basil. Lemon Black Pepper Fettuccini with Chicken Mushroom Sauce Hand-crafted fettuccini laced with cracked black pepper and fresh lemon zest, tossed in a rich, velvety chicken and earthy mushroom cream sauce. A Very Lemony Lemon Curd An intensely citrusy, silky-smooth dessert spread balancing sharp tartness with buttery richness for a vibrant finale. $119 + GST per person Enjoy 10% off the entire store on the day of the event! Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person. We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place. In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund. Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern. Menu modifications can not be provided during the event.
