We’ll begin with a taste of East Africa, enjoying samosas or crispy cassava fries alongside a refreshing mango and passion fruit juice. Then it’s time to cook! Together, we’ll prepare: Pigeon Pea Pilaff Fragrant rice cooked with pigeon peas and creamy coconut milk for a comforting and aromatic dish. Kuku Paka Tender chicken simmered in a rich coconut curry with warming spices, a beloved East African dish with Indian influences. Coconut Chutney A fresh, creamy accompaniment that adds brightness and contrast to the meal.
