Perfect for all skill levels—bring your creativity and create edible holiday art to impress your family and friends. Important: All ingredients and tools provided. Please bring a container to take home your sushi. An apron is recommended but not mandatory. Contains: Sushi Rice, Sushi Vinegar, Salmon Flakes, Kamaboko (Japanese fish cake), Nori(Dried seaweed), Cucumber Please let us know of any allergies in advance. Suitable for adults and youth ages 12+. Younger children can join with a parent. About the instructor: Motoko is a decorative sushi artist based in Vancouver, specializing in traditional Japanese kazari-maki sushi. She teaches workshops in community centres, cultural events, and private groups, sharing the joy of creating beautiful and edible art. Her classes are beginner-friendly and focus on creativity, culture, and hands-on learning.
