She is a certified Energy Worker (Reiki & Spinal Energetics), Yoga and Breathwork Teacher, and Sound Healing Facilitator with over a decade of experience supporting wellbeing. Drawing from both evidence-based psychology and holistic practices, she creates immersive sound bath experiences that invite deep rest, nervous system regulation, and inner connection. Her sessions combine the therapeutic vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments with grounding meditation. Offering a space to slow down, release stress, and reconnect with yourself.
