Innerlight Sound Bath

Unwind in person with a sound bath that creates space for you slow down and rest. A really good end to Sunday <3 A wonderful opportunity to gather and connect with ourselves as it's getting colder and darker outside. Innerlight is a small group sound experience which has been designed with the nervous system in mind. The space of attunement is created through a variety of instruments including: crystal bowls, chimes, percussion and resonant tones. With the intention of creating space to slow down, rest and ground. No previous experience is required. What to expect: You will be welcomed into a warm glowing studio, provided a brief introduction and invited to participate in some light and gentle somatic movements. Then be invited to follow a short guided visualisation which evolves into the resonant sound bath. Following the sound, time will be provided to gently integrate before departing.
