KITCHEN CLUB · NIGHT 3: GREEN FIRE Where Cooking Meets Connection The final night of The Tamal Sessions turns up the heat: carnitas, fire, and salsa made the way it has always been made — by hand, in the molcajete, right at the table. You will make your own tamal, pound your own salsa machacada, and sit at one long shared table with fifteen other guests to eat what you created together.
