What you’ll do: • Create a lip-smacking tom yum soup, complete with fragrant lemongrass, fiery galangal and juicy prawns. • Stir-fry quality bavette steak or eggplant until sizzling hot, then toss in an umami-packed sauce with dark soy, garlic and chilli, and load up with fragrant herbs. • Pound staple Thai ingredients into a sweet and sour dressing and toss through crunchy veg for an epic side salad. • Take a seat at our chef’s table to tuck into your Thai street food spread.
