Welcoming Fall: Sound, Reiki & Smudge

We’ll begin with smudging and Reiki, then settle into an extended sound meditation designed to create space for rest and reflection as we move into a new season. The evening is centred around the natural rhythm of letting go and renewal. A chance to slow down, notice what has shifted, and make room for what comes next. What to Expect This will be a relaxed and intimate evening with time to arrive, settle into the space, receive Reiki, and rest through an extended sound meditation. No previous experience with meditation, Reiki, or sound work is needed. Come exactly as you are. What to Bring Please bring anything that will help you feel comfortable while lying down: • Yoga mat • Blanket • Pillow • Water • Eye mask or any other support you enjoy using Wear comfortable clothing that you can fully relax in. Before You Arrive Please arrive a little early so you have time to get comfortable before we begin. Once the event starts, the intention is to keep the space quiet and settled so everyone can fully drop into the evening.
