The Sound Healing Retreat

Over four days on beautiful Bowen Island, you'll complete the Certified Sound Practitioner Training while experiencing the very practices you'll one day share with others. Through sound, movement, nature, and community, you'll develop both the technical skills and the confidence to facilitate sessions that are grounded, intentional, and deeply supportive. Our training brings together musical technique, nervous system awareness, and practical facilitation skills. You'll learn what is happening within the body during a sound session, how to recognize shifts as they occur, and how to respond through sound rather than relying on intuition alone. Throughout the retreat, learning extends far beyond the classroom. Each day includes live instruction, guided practice, hands-on facilitation, and personalized mentorship, balanced with yoga, meditation, nourishing meals, and time in nature. This rhythm allows the teachings to settle, creating a learning experience that is both intellectually engaging and personally meaningful. Whether you're completely new to sound healing or looking to deepen an existing practice, this retreat offers a clear, structured, and supportive path forward. This retreat combines approximately 15 hours of live instruction and supervised practice with an extended Practice Lab, giving you significantly more opportunities to facilitate, receive individualized feedback, and build confidence before returning home.
