Under the Harvest Moon: An Evening of Cacao, Yin Yoga and Sound

Celebrate the full harvest moon and welcome in fall with ceremonial cacao, yin yoga, a sound bath, and warm dahl shared in community. As we transition into fall, we’re invited to slow down, reflect on what we’ve cultivated throughout the year, and let go of what no longer serves us. 🍂🌕 Join us under the full harvest moon for an evening of intentional connection, rest, and reflection. We’ll begin with a cacao ceremony followed by a grounding yin yoga practice led by Rebekah of Anchored Mind. From there, you’ll be invited to settle into stillness for a sound bath with Evan of Passion Heart. We’ll close the evening by sharing warm dahl together and connecting in community, with space for meaningful conversation and reflection.
