Google ADK for Startups: Build your own AI Investor Hunter

About the Workshop What if your startup had a virtual board of advisors that challenged your assumptions before investors did? In this hands-on workshop brought to you by Google Cloud and Innovate Prague, you’ll build an AI agent using Google Cloud’s Agent Development Kit (ADK) and Gemini models. Your AI-powered “Investor Hunter” will act as a critical advisor: stress-testing your pitch, validating market assumptions against research, comparing financial benchmarks, and helping turn pitch decks into structured due diligence memos. Starting with a brutally honest business-model critic, you’ll progressively build a multi-agent pitch coach with grounding and RAG, multimodal PDF analysis, and automated evaluation. The workshop will go beyond prototyping: you’ll review production architecture, security patterns, identity and access controls, and cost-governance strategies for scaling AI agents responsibly. Plus bonus tracks will let you transform your agent into an interactive VC sparring partner, explore batch due diligence workflows, and connect it to proprietary investment data. Whether you prefer coding from scratch, vibe coding with an AI assistant, inspecting and adapting complete solutions, or just want to learn something new which will benefit your startup, this workshop is a fit for everyone.
