Kundalini Activation

A Kundalini Activation is a form of energy work that connects you with your own pure life force. A Kundalini Activation is a form of energy work that connects you with your own pure life force, awakening your energetic and emotional core, and inviting you to remember what has always lived within you. You spend the session simply being invited to receive, lying comfortably on your back. With your consent, we might offer gentle, present touch to activate the energy and help calm your nervous system. To start, we align our chakras through meditative voice activation with the frequencies of the harmonium. Every session is unique and unfolds in its own way. Some people experience emotional release, sensations of warmth or electricity, moments of deep stillness, expanded states of consciousness, or states of bliss. Emotional or energetic blockages may gently begin to release, or you may not notice anything extraordinary at all. Everything is welcome here. Your body will only reveal what it's ready for in that moment. It's not about reaching a particular experience, but about meeting whatever wants to arise in the present moment. We recommend arriving on an empty stomach. If you need translation into German, we will support you.
