Longevity Lounge: Supplements, Saunas & Science ⚕️ 🌱

Your monthly rendezvous with Berlin's longevity community. Shelves are full of longevity supplements, and it is hard to tell which ones are worth taking. This month, a longevity doctor sorts through them with you: what is worth trying when you are starting out, what to add once you have the basics in place, and where the needs of men and women differ. After that, you can try a sauna infusion, test your VO2 max, or just meet people who care about the same things you do.
