Led by the ANTI Sauna Master, we’ll move through guided sauna infusions and cold plunge, giving you time to switch off from the energy of marathon weekend and focus on recovery. Whether you’re running the Berlin Marathon the next morning or simply joining us for the weekend, come take some time to yourself, recharge and leave feeling refreshed. Hydration and fresh fruit will be available throughout the session.
