Women’s Banja Ritual 🌿🔥 with Rita

Round 1 — ArrivingWe begin slowly. You’ll have time to settle into the warmth, experience the steam, and let your body adjust without rushing. Round 2 — Going deeperThe heat becomes more intense. This round includes a homemade salt body polish and traditional birch and oak veniks. Some parts are contact-free, while others gently bring the veniks directly onto the body in the traditional banya style. Round 3 — Softening & closingThe final round brings the energy back down. A slower space to soften, rest, and gradually close the ritual before moving into the night. Between the guided rounds, there is time to cool down, use the cold plunge, rest, and simply be. There’s nothing to perform and no interaction expected. Come as you are and move through the evening at your own pace. The sauna is textile-free. If you prefer more coverage, you’re welcome to wrap yourself in an additional towel. This event is intentionally created as a women-only sauna space. No previous banya or sauna experience is necessary. You’re always free to leave the sauna, skip a round, or rest whenever you need. This is an alcohol- and substance-free event. Health & Safety Please make sure you don’t have allergies to the herbs, plants, or salt products used. The experience is not recommended if you currently have a viral infection, fever, or a serious cardiovascular condition.
