ANTI x WHOOP Race Prep Session w/ Hermione

Led by ANTI Master Trainer Hermione, this mobility class is designed to prepare both body and mind for race day. We’ll create movement and space through the deeper joint areas of the body, easing any last-minute tightness or tension and helping you feel open, fluid and ready to run - without adding unnecessary load before the race. Drawing on the mindset and preparation of professional athletes, we’ll also explore how to quiet the noise, settle pre-race nerves and create a calm, focused mind as you head towards the start line. The goal is to leave feeling physically free, mentally clear and confident in the work you’ve already done - ready to enjoy race day.
