Befriending ConflictA workshop about reframing conflict as a generative force of relational learning and understanding. Conflict isn't going away, it is a part of life: in our friendships, our collectives, and our communities. So how can we get better at meeting it and moving through it with curiosity? Join us for an evening of skill sharing. Through hands-on exercises, we'll tap into our collective experience, exploring conflict not just in our minds but in our bodies as a whole system too. We're not experts, just people practicing and learning alongside you, hoping to build the skills for more generative conflicts and to strengthen our capacities for the challenges of our times.
