We close with a Sharing Circle, followed by additional time to connect over tea and snacks. Breath & Chill is a transformative group experience rooted in the practice of Rebirthing Breathwork. These sessions invite participants to reconnect with their breath to release physical or emotional blockages in a safe, supportive space. Equipment: Blindfolds are provided for the session, but you are welcome to bring your own eye cover if you prefer. Capacity: Limited to 12 people to maintain an intimate container.
