Circling Fundamentals

I invite you to join me in a warm, intimate setting to explore the principles and practice of Circling, a transformative interpersonal meditation. You will be guided through simple exercises that will bring you into deeper awareness with yourself and others. This event is designed for individuals interested in exploring the fundamental aspects of Circling, whether you are new to the practice or want to deepen your foundational knowledge. IMPORTANT: This ticket is valid for all 5 sessions of the Circling Fundamentals (closed group, 5 consecutive Mondays starting September 28th). Circling is about bringing our presence and aliveness into connection with one or more people. Through circling we develop attunement, the skills to effectively communicate our internal states, desires, needs and boundaries to others, and the capacity to regulate and lead ourselves in the world.
