Integration Circle: Embodying the experience and integration

A safer space and time to gather and share our stories, learnings, and questions about our explorations of healing and expanded states of consciousness, and to receive and offer support while we each walk this journey in our own way. Offer your experiences and wisdom to the weaving of a collective wisdom for the benefit of all. To inspire the sharing, we will start the circle with an exercise for reconnecting, sensing into, and creatively expressing the experience(s) you bring. Remember, it doesn’t matter if your experience was brought on by medicines, substances, or another modality (like meditation, breathwork, dreamwork...) , if it was ceremonial or recreational, from yesterday or a decade ago, all are welcome! This event is run by donation; suggested 10-20, but no one will be turned away. What to bring: Small snack to share (optional) Something for the altar (optional) FAQ: Q: But what exactly will happen at this circle? A: Integration circles may have different flavors and activities, depending on the facilitation. At this circle, we will open with an activity and close with a short practice, and with a bulk of the time in the middle for sharing. Each person, if they choose, will have the chance to share, and receive questions and reflections from the group. At the end we will have time to hang and connect (optional). As well, in this circle, there will not be a specific theme of focus, all themes and experiences are welcome. Q: I don't have a specific experience that I'm integrating in mind, could I still join? A: You do not need come already with a sharing or experience in mind. So much may arise spontaneously in you, influenced and inspired by the shares around you. Q: I’m not sure I feel like sharing anything, but I want to come, can I still? A: If you don’t wish to speak and share, that’s perfectly ok, too. This is about listening, being present, and learning, as much as it is about sharing and speaking.
