Das diesjährige Motto lautet „Lived experiences heard: real voices, real change.“ Das fühlt sich für Patricia (Founder of slows) besonders persönlich an. slows ist aus ihrer eigenen Erfahrung mit Depression entstanden und aus einer Frage, die sie seitdem begleitet: Warum warten wir oft, bis es uns schlecht geht, bevor wir anfangen, uns um unsere mentale Gesundheit zu kümmern? Zwei Jahre später prägt diese Frage noch immer vieles von dem, was wir bei slows machen. Und dieses Jahr ist daraus auch etwas Neues entstanden. :) Save the date. This year’s theme is “Lived experiences heard: real voices, real change.” That feels especially personal to Patricia - Founder of slows. slows exists because of her own experience with depression and one question that stayed with her afterwards: Why do we often wait until we’re struggling before we start taking care of our mental health? Two years later, that question still shapes a lot of what we do at slows. And this year, it also led to something new. :) Save the date. We’ll share more very soon. 🤍
