Tempelhofer Feld Walk: I Want Out Of Tech

You're working in a startup or in VC and you've built a career that your childhood friends envy. On paper it's all great: you're earning well, you get to travel, you have cool colleagues and bragging rights. And yet, you're not satisfied. I've been there. I know what it's like to feel bad for not enjoying the things you're supposed to be enjoying. After sitting with that dissatisfaction for longer than I probably should have, I eventually left tech after 12 years to build something of my own. For me, the courage to actually make this switch started with conversations, with wondering out loud: what if I actually tried this or that? So now I want to create space for others to do the same. Maybe you don't know what you want yet, and that's ok. Most people joining are still figuring things out, and that's exactly why this conversation is worth having.Join me for a walk across Tempelhofer Feld, to talk honestly about what's not working and think about what you'd want instead.
