One idea has been doing the rounds: every hire should feel like an executive hire. Most recently Cursor’s Head of Talent shared this on a Lenny episode. Full disclosure: We love it, but are not 100% sure what it means for us at our current stage. We want to unpack this with someone who has seen dozens of roles and hundreds of candidates and battle test it for the startup context.
