Kundalini NRGY - deine Reise zu dir

Do you want to stop living constantly in your head and solving everything with your mind? Do you feel that there is something deep inside you that wants to come out, and are you looking for a safe space for that? If so, I warmly invite you to this energetic session. Kundalini NRGY (also known as Kundalini Awakening or KAP) is energetic work with your life energy. In a Kundalini NRGY session, your body is invited to remember its life energy and to do whatever it takes to allow it to flow freely, so that you can feel alive and connected to yourself once again. You don’t have to do anything, master any techniques or achieve anything. Energy work operates on a subconscious level and directly within the nervous system. It enables your system to re-organise itself and release everything that is blocking the flow of energy in your body. This could be stress and high levels of pressure, or something that you have not yet been able to process, feel or integrate. You won’t be pressured to endure or force anything. Everything happens completely naturally, at your own pace and in the way that suits you at that moment. Because in an energy session, it is your body and your system that decide what is right for you at that moment, not your mind. And so you won’t feel overwhelmed. Programme: • Arrival and introduction • 60-minute energy session (lying down) • Sharing session (optional) • Closing Important: • Please wear comfortable clothing and feel free to bring a sleep mask. You will be lying down for 60 minutes. • Please do not eat a heavy meal 1.5–2 hours before the session. Light snacks, fruit, etc. are fine. • Please arrive sober (no alcohol, no drugs). • The session will be accompanied by loud music.
