💡 Gut zu wissen: Es wird kein hartes oder schweißtreibendes Workout – vielmehr eine wohltuende Bewegungspause. Falls du danach trotzdem eine Dusche brauchst: Nutzt gerne unsere Duschkabinen im 5. OG. Zu Constanze Bohrmann: Connis Yogastunden sind geprägt von ihren Ausbildungen im Hatha-, Vinyasa- und Jivamukti Yoga. Diese unterschiedlichen Einflüsse verbindet sie zu einem achtsamen, lebendigen und ganzheitlichen Unterricht. No prior knowledge or special preparation is necessary. Wear comfortable clothing. If possible, please bring your own yoga mat. 💡 Good to know: This will not be a hard or sweaty workout, but a pleasant movement break. If you would like to shower afterwards, you are welcome to use our shower stalls on the 5th OG. About the teacher: Conni’s yoga classes are rooted in her training in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Jivamukti Yoga. She weaves these influences into a mindful, dynamic, and holistic practice. With warmth and joy, she supports people in moving body and mind, finding inner balance, and arriving in a sense of calm and ease.
