Full description from organizer

You eat well. You take your vitamins. You try to sleep enough. You move your body. You choose your skincare carefully. You try to manage your stress. But…Do you actually know what any of it is doing inside your body? And how much of what we're told about nutrition, supplements, hormones and “healthy living” is actually backed by evidence? We live surrounded by health advice. Take this. Avoid that. Balance your hormones. Support your gut. Track your cycle. Use cleaner products. Optimise your health. But where does useful information end and wellness noise begin? For this Women’s Health Unfiltered conversation, we’re bringing together Ninni Kjær and Tine Stampe to explore a question we rarely stop to ask: What actually happens when our everyday choices meet our biology? Ninni brings a background in Nutrition and Health, Food Innovation & Health, nutrition, lifestyle and habit change, with years of experience working with people and the complex relationship between food, health and everyday life. Tine is co-founder of La Roar Life Science, with a background in Consumer Healthcare and years of experience working with supplements, research and healthcare professionals. Her own experience navigating reproductive health also led her to explore the relationship between nutrition, supplements and lifestyle on a much deeper level. Together, they bring two different perspectives to the same conversation: What are we putting into our bodies? What are we putting onto our bodies? How are we living? And what can our bodies tell us in return? WE'LL UNPACK: 🥑 FOOD & NUTRITIONHow what we eat interacts with the body and what actually matters beyond the latest nutrition trend. 💊 VITAMINS & SUPPLEMENTSWhat we need, what can be useful and how to make sense of the endless options. 🧴 EVERYDAY PRODUCTSWhat do we actually know about the products we use on our skin and bodies every day? 🧠 STRESS, SLEEP & LIFESTYLEHow do our habits, energy availability, movement and stress interact with the way our bodies function? 🩸 HORMONES, CYCLES & OVULATIONWhat can the menstrual cycle tell us about our health? What can changes in our cycle signal? And where does reproductive health fit into the bigger picture? But this isn't about creating the perfect routine. And it isn't another evening of being told everything you should be doing differently. It's about learning what actually matters. Because sometimes taking better care of yourself doesn't mean doing more. It means knowing what deserves your attention and what doesn't. You might leave understanding your supplements differently. You might start looking at your skincare or nutrition choices with a more critical eye. You might understand your cycle in a new way. Or you might simply feel less overwhelmed by the constant stream of health advice. Come curious. Leave with a different lens. Not more rules. Not more pressure. Just a better understanding of the body you live in and more confidence to make informed choices for yourself. Nutrition. Supplements. Everyday products. Lifestyle. Hormones. Cycles. Biology. UNFILTERED.
