Earth Body - A Somatic Meditation Workshop in Castelldefels, Barcelona

A morning of somatic meditation, gentle movement and reflection to slow down, reconnect with the body and feel more grounded. I’d love to welcome you to Earth Body, a meditation workshop at Cocoon, a beautiful studio space in the heart of Castelldefels, Barcelona. A morning to slow down, settle into the body and reconnect with ourselves and the earth. Through guided somatic meditation, gentle movement and reflection, we’ll make space to notice what’s present and connect with what brings a sense of ease and steadiness. We’ll gather in a small group, with space to take part at your own pace. No previous experience of meditation or somatic work is needed, and sharing is always optional. The workshop will be held in English. You’re welcome to stay for tea and a chat afterwards. Getting here If you’re travelling by train from Barcelona city, allow a little extra time for your journey so you can arrive and settle in comfortably. Your facilitator — Robbie Sheahan I’m a somatic therapist and craniosacral practitioner.
