The Sacred Senses invites you to slow down, return to your body, and reconnect with yourself and one another through the power of the senses. Together, we will explore meaningful ways to deepen our connection with ourselves, attune to the grounding energy of Mother Earth, and awaken to the magic that unfolds when women come together in a sacred space of connection, presence, and shared wisdom. Recommendations: • Avoid caffeinated drinks, such as coffee, caffeinated teas, energy drinks, and alcoholic drinks, on the day of the event. • Drink plenty of water before and after drinking cacao to stay hydrated. • Do not eat heavy food at least 2 hours before the event.
