Natural Wine meets Barcelona Climate Week

Join us for an evening exploring the intersection of natural winemaking and a warming world. In conversation with natural winemaker Lucy Chilvers, we’ll dig into what “natural wine” really means, how minimal-intervention practices are reshaping the vineyard, and the very real ways climate change is forcing winemakers to rethink everything from harvest timing to grape varieties. Along the way we’ll taste 3–4 natural wines chosen to illustrate these ideas in the glass, paired with light snacks. Whether you’re a natural wine devotee or simply curious about where your bottle comes from, this is a chance to taste, learn, and talk through one of the most pressing questions facing winemaking today — all as part of Barcelona Climate Week.
